As a family-run business, Bayside Developers Inc has built an enviable reputation for integrity and incomparable quality in all aspects of its business. Our only advertisement is the word-of-mouth referrals of those who live in and cherish their homes – and, of course, each gorgeous custom home itself on the Eastern Shore of Maryland.
Founded in 1987, Bayside Developers Inc has built hundreds of homes along Maryland’s Eastern Shore and, in doing so, has earned the reputation as one of Maryland’s most respected custom home builders. It’s not unusual to see one of our buyers walking in the home during construction to be sure their personal requests are incorporated in the project.

After graduating from the University of Maryland, Donald learned every single aspect of custom home building from the ground up. Having worked in literally every phase of a home’s planning and construction, there isn’t an element of building a home that Don can’t do himself as a general contractor in Kent County. He derives a deep satisfaction from the art of creating luxurious custom homes, homes which are dreams in the making.
